Step 1:  Financial Assistance

We don't want cost to be a barrier to playing Ultimate. Financial assistance is available for anyone who needs it. To learn more, go to our Financial Assistance page.

Step 2:  USA Ultimate Membership

All players must have an active USA Ultimate membership which provides practice, tournament and team insurance for the player.  There are 2 choices: 

• $20/Yr. = Affiliate Recreational Player (via DEVYL) - for those on a budget.

• $45/Yr. = Full Youth Membership - for those who can support USA Ultimate.

•  Join or renew at USA Ultimate

Step 3:  Medical Authorization

During the registration process you'll need to upload a signed copy of the USA Ultimate Medical Authorization form.  

• The form can be downloaded here.  

• The “Name of Chaperone” should be “Montclair Ultimate”. 

Step 4:  Sign up for the Season

Player registration is done through TeamSnap.  If you don't already have a TeamSnap account, the sign-up process will prompt you to create one.  Parents should create an account first and then add their family members.

Step 5:  Sign up for the Team Communication

To ensure you receive the team communication, go to our Team Communication page to find out exactly what you need to do to ensure smooth communication throughout the season.
