TeamSnap

• We use TeamSnap for all team communication and scheduling. 

• The TeamSnap software (available on computer, smartphone and tablet) provides a centralized system for coaches, administrators, players, and parents to manage everything related to the team – rosters, schedules, availability, assignments, messaging, etc. 

• We recommend downloading the TeamSnap mobile app. Otherwise, you can access TeamSnap from a browser.    

Registrant

• The registrant’s TeamSnap account was created when they registered their player. 

• After registration you will have immediate access to the team on TeamSnap

Player

• If the player already has a TeamSnap account, after registration they will have immediate access to the team on TeamSnap.

• If the player does not already have a TeamSnap account, the coach will send them an email invitation to join the team. Once they accept the email invitation, they will have full access to TeamSnap.

• For players who don’t have a personal email address (not-school-issued), we can still invite them to join the team so they have access to the TeamSnap app and all the team details.  Please reach out to the coach if needed. 

Emergency Contacts

• All emergency contacts must be listed as family members in TeamSnap.

• Existing family members can add them by selecting “Add Family Member”.   

Additional Family Members

• Additional family members can be added as needed by selecting “Add Family Member”.

Team Communication

• All team communication is done through TeamSnap.   

• Coaches and parents all use the Team Chat which is in the TeamSnap app. 

• Coaches also send emails for more detailed communication. 

Team Schedule

• All practices, games, tournaments and other events are listed and managed on TeamSnap. 

• It is very important that you post and update your availability for each event so we can plan appropriately. 

• Please post your anticipated availability for all season events on day 1.  Thereafter, you can update your availability if things change. 

Team Calendar

• You can subscribe to the TeamSnap calendar to have the most up-to-date details at all times.
